Insurance and Billing

We accept many traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. As a courtesy to our valued patients, Wells, Marvel & Hall Family Dentistry will be happy to file both in-network & out-of-network insurance claims for you. 

Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We will file with your insurance and do our best to maximize your coverage. You are responsible for the full balance, therefore, anything not covered by insurance is your responsibility.

    *Please Note: There are so many insurance options available and a wide variety of factors can affect your coverage, we strongly recommend that you contact your insurance company prior to your visit. A consultation with your insurance company about the amount and extent of your coverage will help prevent any confusion, misunderstandings, or frustration about your financial responsibility for certain services.

Dental Savings Plan

Wells, Marvel & Hall Family Dentistry offers a membership program, patients pay an annual subscription fee in return for preventative care and discounts on other treatments. The in-house, members-only program is easy to understand and the savings begin the minute patients join without the hassles of deductibles and waiting periods.

Payment Options

At Wells, Marvel & Hall Family Dentistry, we offer various payment methods. We accept checks, cash, debit or credit cards. A 3% fee will be assessed on all debit & credit card transactions.
